Dorset’s Friendliest home care service. More than ever vulnerable people are living to advanced ages in England. Most vulnerable people prefer to remain in their own homes, but that may be possible only with the help of family and friends. In many cases, with or without family assistance, other supportive services may be needed. Agape Care Solutions can help your loved one stay in their own home. Our Professional Care Managers are health care specialists who help families care for older relatives, while encouraging as much independence as possible.
